Four fields, two of them optional. It goes straight to Peter, who sends the six questions and a couple of times that week.
What you leave with
- The three jobs in your business worth automating first, ranked
- The hours each one currently costs you, and who is spending them
- An honest read on how much of each a machine can safely take
- What would have to be true for it to work, including where a person stays in the loop
How it runs
- 01
Six questions before the call.
What the business does, which systems it runs on, and where the week goes. It takes about ten minutes and it is the only homework there is.
- 02
Forty-five minutes with Peter.
He walks you through the recurring work he can already see in your answers, and the three jobs he would automate first — with the hours each one costs you now and an honest read on how much of it a machine can take.
- 03
The ranking, in writing.
You keep it whether or not you ever book anything. It is a first pass over the same audit that opens the workshop, so you are seeing a sample of the actual deliverable rather than a brochure.
- 04
Then a straight answer.
If a workshop would pay for itself, Peter says so and quotes it on the call. If your best next move is something you can do yourselves in an afternoon, he says that instead, and you are welcome to go and do it.
And if it goes well
The next step is the AI Enablement Workshop: one day with your team in which two or three of those jobs are designed, built into the software you already own and run on real work, followed by thirty days of support. One fixed fee, quoted on the call once the scope is clear. Nobody is asked to decide that today.
