[ ENABLEMENT / THE WORKSHOP ]

Own the AI your people actually use.

Our AI Enablement Workshop is a subset offering of our flagship Full Operating Rebuild. It is one day with your leadership team, and it is focused on the part that changes a working week fastest: finding where the hours go, choosing the jobs a machine can safely take, and getting them running inside the software you already own. We approach this through three modules: Work Audit, Use Case Design and Installation. What we build belongs to your company from the moment the day ends.

Every engagement starts with the free AI Opportunity Audit: forty-five minutes that tell you which jobs are worth automating first and whether a workshop would pay for itself. The fee is quoted on that call, once the scope is clear.

    01 / Before the day

    Work Audit

The full version of the audit you have already seen a first pass of, across the whole team: every recurring job, scored and ranked by how much of it a machine can safely take.

    02 / The morning

    Use Case Design

Your leadership team decides which two or three jobs go first, and we design each one end to end — what starts it, what the AI drafts, what a person signs off.

    03 / The afternoon

    Installation

The chosen jobs are built into the software you already pay for and run end to end on real work while you watch.

    Where to start.

The AI Opportunity Audit: forty-five minutes, no charge, and you keep the ranking whether or not you go further.

    Duration.

One day in the room, plus thirty days of implementation support.

    Scheduling.

A workshop can usually be underway within two to six weeks, depending on the time of year.

    Where.
    • At your offices, anywhere in the UK, with travel included in the fee.
    • Online if your team is split across sites, in the same hours.
    Participation requirements.
    • One director completes the intake form, roughly thirty minutes.
    • Three to six people attend the full day, 09:30 to 17:00 — the people who own the work, not only the people who own the budget.
    • The team gives roughly one hour a week each across the thirty days that follow.
    What you need in place.
    • Administrator access to the software you already use, so the jobs can be built rather than described.
    • Nothing else. We do not ask you to buy anything to take part.
    Fee.

One fixed fee for the whole engagement, quoted on the audit call once the scope is clear. No tiers, no day rates, no licence and nothing to renew.

    Payment terms.

Prepaid and non-refundable. Payable in full by bank transfer before the audit work begins.
